I'm going to make this short because I want to do a separate post on what happened yesterday, it's far too big to share with my Juneathon post.
Anyway yesterday's exercise included a lot of walking around Manchester city centre whilst doing a spot of retail therapy, laughing at the ridiculous prices in some of the higher class shops, and catching some sun outside the corn exchange before spending 2 hours bopping away with my mum at a complimentary....... Rod Stewart concert !!!!
